Once the form has been filled in with all the required information, our team will contact you to review the details and make sure we understand your vision. If necessary, we'll produce a preliminary sketch to validate the concept before moving on to the next stage.
2. Sculpting of the master and approval
From the sketch, our skilled craftsmen will shape the handle master with precision. We will then present the result to you for your feedback. If any adjustments are necessary, we'll make them to ensure that the finished product meets your expectations.
3. Casting and paint testing
Once the handle master is ready, we create several silicone molds to produce the polyurethane handles, renowned for their flexibility and durability. We then test different paint finishes to find the perfect rendering, which we submit for your approval before finalizing the project.
5. Assembly and shipping
Once all the parts are ready, we proceed to the final assembly of the daggers with care and precision. Once assembly is complete, your order is carefully prepared for shipment, ready to shine on the battlefield!
